Phase 1: The Foundation
Before building we needed to understand and map stakeholders and roles, existing tools and ways of working as well as getting familiar with the overall strategy on varying levels of the organisation. Artifacts of this phase include workshops, documentation as in discovery digests as well as rough wireframes and process diagrams.
Phase 2: From Concept to Canvas
We picked up on the running efforts in discovery and added a set of UI/UX designers to convert discovery insights to ready-for-development screen designs and assist the starting development of the application. A total of 12+ developers have been covered by mostly three designers.
Phase 3: Development and Collaboration
This phase focussed further on building designs for development, subsequently reviewing and building the feature-sets defined in the discovery phase. This phase also allowed for structural improvements to the ways of working and collaboration as improvement potentials became apparent during development.
