"The client trusted me in spending a lot of time with the users which cut into their workdays, but they all loved to be seen and heard and we built great relationships."

I connected the product vision with the interview insights and wireframed first user journeys, made touchpoints visible and delivered first UI designs to iterate.
Why this matters

With every demo session and the frequent wireframe-based interviews I iterated on my designs. In that safe, encouraging environment that I fostered, the users grew confident to actively participate, try out things and even start to share ideas with me.
Why this matters

I summarised every interview and boiled them down to the core findings to make it presentable to stakeholders. Every two weeks I presented my work in big product reviews and aligned with Stakeholders.
Why this matters
If processes are super granular, begin by mapping shared needs. Conducting card sorting with the core users helps to focus on key features. Iterate from there.
In huge ecosystems you can't do everything at once. AdPlanners have lots of touchpoints from strategy over content to budget. When coming across insights like that I marked them for deeper investigation for as soon as the roadmap hits those departments.
Putting our power users at the core of our research, I let them guide us through their processes together.
