A company stumbles upon a Bosch promotion and purchases new tools for their team. While registering their tools in the PRO360 app for an extended guarantee, they're drawn in by the added value of PRO Services and make their first purchase.

Early assurance, that BOSCH can cover the tools
User flow of registration almost a guaranteed touchpoint

Carefully woven touchpoints ensure that new users naturally discover added value, creating seamless opportunities for conversion.

Scenarios - The Overthinker (Example 2)

An experienced PRO360 user carefully considers adding a PRO Service while registering a newly purchased tool. After weighing their options and taking time to decide, they ultimately commit to the service directly from the tool's detail page.

Remind users of service options in day2day usage of PRO360
